Near misses in construction
Changing sites, changing trades, no fixed workplace. A reporting route that requires an account and a computer does not work here.

How it works today
A plank slips, someone grabs the scaffold. The same happens on the next site, but nobody knows, because the two incidents never meet anywhere. Paper forms stay in the site hut.

A QR code on the site fence
One printed code per site or area. Scan and report, without an account, without a password, without an app. The area is already set by the code.
Tell it instead of filling it in
A thirty-second voice message is enough. From it the AI derives location, activity, conditions and risk potential, and asks two follow-up questions at most.
Analysis across sites
Reports from all sites come together. Only then does it become visible that the same cause occurs in several places.
