One or two areas
One warehouse, one vehicle fleet, one hall, that is enough. Better one area where it is genuinely used than a rollout across the whole site.

That is what we ask in return: we want to know what works in daily practice and what does not. Everything else comes later.

How the pilot works
No IT project, no training week. From the first conversation to the first report usually takes a few days.
A 30-minute conversation
We look at how incidents are recorded at your site today and pick one or two areas together. After that you know whether a pilot is worth it for you.
Setup, one working day
We create your areas and generate the QR codes for printing. You put them up where the work happens: at the machine, at the gate, in the vehicle.
Three months in daily use
Your people report, the safety officer reviews and decides on measures. We check in every two weeks and ask what is getting in the way.
A review at the end
We go through what was reported, which patterns became visible and what has changed. Whether it continues after that is your decision.
You can stop at any time. There is no contract, no notice period and no automatic renewal.

Is the first-aid log included?
Yes. First-aid documentation under DGUV rule 1 §24 is part of the pilot.
What do we need to prepare?
No IT project. You pick one or two areas, we generate the QR codes to put up, and reporting then works without signing in.
